Wedding Live Streaming in Thailand

WedLives is a Bangkok-based professional live streaming team. We broadcast weddings in Thailand to guests anywhere in the world — in Full HD 1080p, with multiple camera angles, clean ceremony audio, and an operator watching the stream from start to finish.

If your family cannot fly in, or half your guest list is in another time zone, this is how they still get to be there.

Who we work with

  • Destination weddings in Thailand — couples marrying in Bangkok, Phuket, Hua Hin, Chiang Mai or on the islands, with guests watching from home
  • Expat and international couples living in Thailand — families overseas join the ceremony live
  • Cross-cultural weddings — Thai, Indian, Chinese and Western ceremonies, including multi-day celebrations
  • Corporate events and conferences — seminars, AGMs, product launches and hybrid events

Packages and pricing

All packages cover up to 5 hours, record in 1080p Full HD, stream to Facebook Live or YouTube Live, and include the recorded video file afterwards.

Package Price Best for
1 camera THB 12,000 A single-location ceremony where one fixed angle is enough
2 cameras THB 18,000 Most weddings — a wide shot plus a close shot, switched live
3 cameras THB 24,000 Larger events, multiple ceremonies, or a stage programme

Travel outside Bangkok is quoted separately based on distance. Longer coverage, projector and screen rental, or a second location can be added — tell us the schedule and we will quote the whole thing in one number.

Where your guests watch

  • YouTube Live — works worldwide with no account and no login. We can set the stream to unlisted, so only guests who receive the link can watch, and it stays available to replay straight after the ceremony.
  • Facebook Live — streamed to your page or personal profile, which suits guests who already follow you there.
  • Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet — professional camera feeds into your meeting instead of a laptop webcam.
  • Both at once — we can stream to more than one platform simultaneously; just tell us in advance.

What is included

  • Professional video cameras recording in 1080p Full HD
  • A live video switcher for multi-camera packages, so the stream cuts between angles as the ceremony unfolds
  • Audio taken directly from the venue mixer or wireless microphones — not from a camera mic, so vows and speeches are actually audible
  • Backup 4G/5G internet on every booking, tested on site before the ceremony begins
  • An operator monitoring the stream for the whole event
  • The recorded video file delivered after the event

Add-on: Drink Cam

A camera station set up beside the bar or drinks area, where guests record a short message for the couple on their way past. Our team stays at the station the whole time — inviting guests over, framing each shot and checking the sound — and we edit the clips during the reception, so a compilation of everyone’s messages can play on the screen before the night ends. You also receive the full edited film afterwards. More about Drink Cam (Thai).

How it works

  1. Tell us about the wedding — date, venue, running order, how many hours, and where guests should watch.
  2. We quote and hold the date — a deposit confirms the booking.
  3. We arrive early — the team is on site roughly 1.5 to 2 hours before the ceremony to set up cameras, run cable and test the signal and sound.
  4. We stream and deliver — the stream is monitored throughout, and the recording is sent to you afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

Do you travel outside Bangkok?

Yes. We cover weddings across Thailand and have worked abroad as well. Travel and accommodation are quoted based on the location — send us the venue and we will include it in the quote.

Do you speak English?

Yes. A large share of our work is with international couples and overseas guests, so briefing, the run sheet and coordination on the day are handled in English.

What if the venue’s internet is unreliable?

We bring our own 4G/5G backup on every booking and test the real upload speed before the ceremony starts rather than trusting what the venue says. Recording to local storage also continues regardless, so your video file is never affected by a connection drop.

Can we keep the stream private?

Yes. On YouTube we can set the broadcast to unlisted, which means it does not appear in search and only guests holding the link can open it. After the event we can make it private or remove it entirely on request.

How far in advance should we book?

Two to four weeks is comfortable, and peak wedding season books out earlier. If your date is sooner, ask anyway — we will tell you honestly whether the date is open.

Can guests watch again later?

Yes. A YouTube broadcast stays at the same link after it ends, so guests who missed the ceremony or want to rewatch can do so immediately. You also receive the recorded file.

Do you also film a wedding video?

Live streaming and cinematic wedding films are different services. We deliver the live broadcast and its recording; if you also want an edited highlight film, tell us and we will point you to the right team.
